ErrandPing

Privacy policy

Effective 16 October 2026. This policy covers ErrandPing 1.0 for iPhone and iPad.

ErrandPing doesn’t collect any data. We don’t have accounts, servers that hold your information, ads, analytics or tracking.

What stays on your iPhone

Where your iPhone supports it, ErrandPing uses Apple’s on-device language model to understand what you type. That also happens on your iPhone.

What goes to Apple

To find stores near you, ErrandPing searches Apple Maps. The search (for example “pharmacy”) and the area around you go to Apple and are covered by Apple’s privacy policy. We don’t receive them.

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may pass crash reports and performance data from ErrandPing on to us.

Permissions

You can change any of them in the iPhone Settings app at any time. ErrandPing keeps working as a list without them.

Your controls

In ErrandPing’s Settings, under Your data, Export my data gives you a file with your list, store choices, settings and the last 7 days of pings. Delete all data removes everything from your iPhone and stops all reminders. Deleting the app removes everything too.

Children

ErrandPing collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, for example when a future version adds sharing a list with your household, we’ll update this page and its date before that version is released.
